Sliding grille maintenance

Guardian Sliding grilles require very little maintenance. However, there are a few simple things that should be done regularly (we suggest every 3 months) to keep your grille in perfect shape:

1. Remove any dirt or debris from the top track, floor sockets and pocket door.
2. Lubricate rollers and track (some WD40 works fine).
3. Visually inspect your sliding grille for any damage and contact us if you suspect any problems.

You can safely clean your Guardian grille with a damp rag and a non-abrasive cleaner.

Annual servicing

We recommend you have your grilles serviced once a year. Regular servicing keeps your sliding grille working properly and increases its lifespan. We offer an annual service scheme for sliding folding security grilles. Please contact us for more information.

In the unlikely event anything goes wrong with your sliding folding grille, we offer a 24/7 national emergency repair service.
